Hi,
does anyone have a cheat for c+c red alert 2, for making the in game map appear in full view.

No cheat to remove the fog of war, but I do know how to make free soldiers if you're playing as the Russians.

Build a cloning vat, build sandbags around barracks, build soldier in barracks, when it's finished he won't be able to appear since the entrance is blocked and the unit will be cancelled and the money refunded. However, his clone will still be available. Continue this, and you'll manage to amass an army for free.

There are no official cheats for the C&C games on PC. The only way you could cheat would be via mods.
