Yeh good news getting broadband in the next few months, which means xbox live. Cant wait and all but im slightly worried. My dad has great plans of a wireless network to connect all our laptops up to broadband in the house. But with my xbox in my room is it possible to connect it to my laptop which will be recieving the broadband or will i have to move my xbox to a phone line with the broadband?

You could always just buy a wireless bridge for the Xbox so you can connect that wirelessly too...

That is possible yes, it's what I do.
You'll need to buy a crossover cable (Very important that it's a crossover cable).
Connect that to your Laptop, and enable Internet connection Sharing. You will also have to add your Xbox's MAC address to your router to enable connections (if you set up a network of only trusted PC's).
