Really sad to hear of him passing away. I enjoyed his music, I'm sure most of you did. Unfortunately I'll never get to hear him sing live now.
If you haven't already get his Live At Apollo Album its a sensation, one of the best of all time.
He was brilliant live. One of the best acts Ive seen. RIP.
He made it to the pearly gates, asked to go in and was told 'not now James, we're busy'.
Same.
Seeing him live will be something ill never forget.
'Living In America' is the song I remember most by him -- captures the true spirit of the USA (recently damaged by Bush and his vultures).
