I thought you could be him in the Sparring Program - or at least fight against him...
In the hacking mode, you can unlock a file which shows Neo in the Enter the Matrix graphical style. No sign on him being playable, however - harsh.
There's cheats to be Neo, Morpheous and Trinity all over the web. None of them work :-|
