Even before the release of the ps2, playstation were out selling any other machine. They continued to drastically out sell the n64, and despite the release of the dreamcast, (a machine 4 times as powerful)it desimated all its opposition. Can any machine really challenge playstation, and knock it of the gaming console top spot?
