there are so many questions and if theres a ps4 it will be so realistic u could stand next to the screen and it could scan u and put ur picture on the screen it might be so advanced or you could have virtrual reality head sets that make everything so real if you was on resident evil 29 u would have your eyes closed all the way through the game what advances will there be and thats what this forum is about tell each other what you think gaming is going to be like in the year 2300 and if anyone will ever remember the consoles such as the playstation and gameboy and mega drive(which is alredy out of every1s memory alredy)well i think it will be so great theyl be smaller than tennis balls and 20 times the power of a rocket and if i win a game i will appreciate it so so so so so much i might even post another topic(not really)
Think about - why would any family want a console each? In my family I am the only person at all keen on gaming, and while there are families with more than one console, these are generally different consoles and all for one member of the family.
I would also, in future, appreciate a constructive arguement, rather than just a "you're wrong" style response!

At the moment, to the younger generation, gaming is something new and exciting, that allows them to do something that would be impossible in real life.
However, when large numbers of these people grow up, have children, and so on, it is likely that they will play games a lot less, and be behind in terms of technology, because they will not have the time for it.
Most adults have plenty to do, and develop their own interests rather than play games the entire time. I'm not saying that there aren't lots of adults that play games, but, especially if they get married, they are likely to spend much less time on them.
These people's children then, will grow up with parents who actually understand the advantages (and disadvantages) of playing games. Therefore, to these children, unless something rather drastically changes, gaming will be nothing special to them, and they are more likely to find other things that are "cool" and interest them
Of course, this is only speculation, but I believe that something will have to change in order for the gaming industry to continue to impress a large new generation,
