This probably has a very obvious answer but it wont hurt to ask...
I've got Blueyonder Broadband and we're getting BT Broadband after the holiday so I need to know what to change with my Xbox Live account. (Eg. Do I have to delete anything saved on the Hardrive?)

It looks like my internet will be down for a week because of the ISP change, i'm just p!ssed of that the week had to start on the day RS3 Black Arrow comes out so I wont be able to play it until a week after it's release.

You don't need to change anything. As long as you have some sort of high speed connection and a way of connecting it, it will work. I took my Xbox to work once. Didn't go down well.
