look when i finish the area of red 13 after i meet sephiros and red 13 grand pa and cid i go to the plane to the that ice forest they tell me there that i have to get a somthing to awake the forest so how do i get this thing ?
You can buy ome diggers to dig into the ground and they always look towards the item you need. Did in the spot where their gazes meet and the next morning you will have what you need.

Oh yeah, I think you need to dig up the harp by playing the digging game properly. But get the materia in the forest anyway, 'tis a summon.

there is no red materia i only find people sayin the treasure is near the tent
