xp home 256 ram
1 bought it at john lewis store 9 months ago so its still under warranty
the only problem is i have spilt tango all over the keyboard so everthing else works except for half the keys any ideas anybody even if i can sell it for spares or something. if someone has the knowledge to replace the keyboard themselves it could be a bargain.
by the way if i am in the wrong section can someone point me in the right direction

Send it back to the sony people, tI recently whakced my fukitsu laptop out of contention and sent it back to base; right now their ordering parts, man says i should get the laptop back any moment now. It's benn a week since I sent it though.
Have you tried to get it repaired under warranty?
