It has become America's fastest selling system by shifting half a million units in a week, leading to shortages. However, since Nintendo is aiming to ship an additional 100,000 GBAs to the US every week, these shortages will only be temporary.

The GBA's plan for world domination continues apace.

and with half an hour untill it is officially released in the UK I can not wait, imagine a little piece of gaming quality in its own right as well as a taste of what the Gamecube will be like in your own hands, the waiting is killing me, the game i'll get is F Zero Maximum Velocity, the advertisement has gone very well first adverts then on a bill board during the England Vs Greece game and basically everywhere.

Nintendo have timed it right, holidays are just round the corner and what more do you want to make those long car journeys seem non-existant. Nintendo have done everything right it is just a matter of seeing what happens...

I haven't got my GBA yet. I oredered it off Gameplay but 'cause of their credit card system they couldn't process my request. I got a letter yesterday telling me to phone up and give new credit card details, and that then, the order would be "swiftly despatched." So I phoned up and gave a new credit card number, in the understanding that my GBA would arrive in the next couple of days. But the man on the phone said that my GBA had been given to someone else, I had been pushed right to the back of the queue and that I wouldn't get my GBA until 1 July. Brilliant .

I sent a page-and-a-half long letter to them and I've written to that programme called Short Change that's on BBC 1 on Thursdays. It's the one where the consumers are always right and the companies to blame always say sorry and give the poor little kiddies loads of pressies, just to show that they're not all that bad.

I reckon in future I'll buy off SR. It's a bit more expensive (okay, it's a lot more expensive) but at least I won't have trouble oredering stuff. Plus, I suppose I get Reddies.

Those countdown things are wicked... some stores are opening at midnight to sell them and then you will get people selling them for double outside the shop because the shop has run out....

...well off I go to the shops..

14 minutes!

I tried to steal one of those massive GBA count-down things from COMET, but when I tried to tell him I had a back disease and replicated electronic/cardboard things that were close by he didn't believe me....

Then he chucked me out the store!
