Some say microsoft can only be a good thing, when Sony came they introduced a whole new audience to gaming and got rid of its chold like image. Microsoft being the biggest company in the world an' all, im sure could make more than a few more changes.
But what kind of changes, will they spice up the competition forcing down prices and raising the quality of games which we all hope they can do?
or will they take over the market completely like they've done with windows on the pc, giving gamers a lack of choice and a lot of bug ridden software.
or will they sell no machines and realise that throwing money at a black breezeblock doesn't make it anymore attractive!
I don't think if Microsoft don't blow the industry away then Nintendo will gain a lot of lost ground and the Sony Vs Nintendo fight will be a lot tighter, much like when Nintendo took on Sega, and we know who won there...

It has the same programming lanquage as a PC which basically means PC game publishers will be the main ones working on it but other console companies are making games for it it's just there not very good. Them microsoft fellas on cybernet just talk aload of gibberish about specs and a new "revolution" when they forget that people can actually see for themselves.
I think Sony and Nintendo have it lined up nicely for the next few years but i still reckon Microsoft will be the one's left behind.
Infact the Xbox is a much more powerful version of the Dreamcast, which any knowledgable person with a brain will realise was a great console with fantastic games..
The only doubt I have about the Xbox is the lack of killer games. However, even Sony and Ninty have this problem... Sony seem to be waiting for MGS2, while Ninty failed to show any killer aps at E3.

One things for sure, I will never ever buy the X-box. Now if only the other 60 million people in the country thought this way...ahhh yes a £500million advertising campaign should just about brainwash the population into not buying the X-box.
Now where am I going to get hold of that sort of Money?
Oi Bill, how about a loan, geek-boy? ;-)
