Combine this with Halo 2 and the host of other games and maybe Microsoft will do really really well this Christmas.

They probably know more than most retailers, my local GAME's have posters proudly stating the Halo 2 is out on November 9th...*snigger*
Edgy, why you leaving game, you talk about it enough, I thought you loved it! The Xbox drop, £100, for just the console? Its gonna be more with games, but I don't think it'll beat the deal i brought, £140with 4 games in December 03
Or thursday depending on if the retailer is being naughty.
In the store to which I am leaving this time next week to never return (yay!) the prices aren't changing until tomorrow.
So Eurogamer can jump off a bridge for all I care.

Apparently Nintendo will "not be dropping the price of the Gamecube"...
Going on what they said this time last year and the year before that translates at...
"Expect a £30 price drop at around October time".
