When the sync comes back I get the BTW landing page.

Sorry no one replied, but it was a bit late :)
Office and open hours are 08:30- 20:00 weekdays, so we can not realistically offer support when request are sent outside of those hours.
It's always a good idea to post here if you have an issue, but we can't do anything for issues like this outisde of the office really.
