i have been having a problem with a laptop for quite some time now.
i want to use the infra red port with my phone, but the nokia connection manager says check your system for media settings. i have reinstalled nokia suite 5.1, but it is still unable to work. the port should work, but does anyone have any ideas why it does not?

Yes go to the pc forum you plonka, as mm said there bigger geeks and the forum is on PC's. Did you not understand the joke there?

turned it back on again, and black, the cpu light was on all the time, and black, not even the first thing your meant to see came onto the screen, so does anyone have any ideas from here???

Well i have a Sony Ericsson T630, and when i switch infered on my phone and put it near my laptop infered port, XP connects with it.
