Hi, I've just got the region 2 Predator / Predator 2 DVD boxset but when I watched Predator I noticed that a few scenes seemed to have been cut, eg:-
excuse me while I put on my anorak..........
The scene where Arnie & Co storm the camp seems to be shorter - Arnie no longer skewers some poor extra to a post with his knife (stop sniggering at the back, you dirty minded perv..) topped of with the line "Stick around.." is one scene that is missing along with other minor acts of violence (for Arnie anyway).
Also when Carl Weathers gets his arm blown off by Mr P. (not to be confussed with a former member of the A-Team) the death scene seems to have become a victim of the Predators natty twin blade thingys', either that or he has become harder over time as he seems to scream less...
I have the Region 1 version of Pred and all the scenes seem intact, is it me or has the film been cut?
If this is so then I just hope this is not going to continue with Commando..
The box states it is a "limited edition" - well as Martin Lawrence says in Bad Boys - "Limited? Damn right this is limited!"
