Yesterday I was astounded and extremely offended after seeing a news report on TV. The report told how the grave of several commonwealth soldiers was uncovered by archaeologists, But the part I could not believe was that a BMW factory was to be built on the site. A BMW factory, a German BMW factory and to make me feel even more appalled, the news report didn't even pick up on this fact.
OK the war has been over for over half a Decade and the soldiers in question were from WW1 but still how can BMW be so insensitive?
For as long as I live rightly or Wrongly I shall not forget the Veterans of WW1 or WW2, after all if it was not for their bravery and commitment to what is right, we would not be here toady.
