"PS2 Games: Will Get Better!"

Okay, so the PS2's games so far are a little disappointing. Apart from MGS2, which is coming out Autumn 2001. But look at the Playstation. Ridge Racer, Tekken, Tempest X3, Actua Soccer, Fifa 96. These were all games that came out early on the Playstation. A couple of years later and look, Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid, Fifa 2000, F1 2000, Jedi Power Battles, Crash Bandicoot 3, Spyro 2. All these games were so much better than the ones from early on, especially in the graphics department. So okay, the games on the PS2 are disappointing, but no one has realised the full potential of the PS2, in a couple of years time games like MGS2, Fifa 2002, F1 2002, Star Wars Episode 1: Starfighter (as long as EA keep going in their sports series), I'm sure, will have surpassed the PSX and the N64 and who knows, maybe the Dreamcast. So, at the moment games may not be as good as you expected them to be, but the PS2 is young. Wait a while, and some top class games will come to your PS2, I'm sure.

Although, Ant you have became a lot more reasonable and if that is the case with PS2 games (and I hope it is cus everybodys gonna buy it anyway) I might get one if they go cheap :)

DO YOU THINK THE PRICE THAT IS BEING QUOTED OF £300 WILL BE THE SAME COME LAUNCH DAY,THE PRICE DOESN'T BOTHER ME TOO MUCH AS I'D SELL MY GRANNY TO GET ONE TROUBLE IS SHE DIED LAST YEAR SELFISH GIT !!!!.SO I'LL JUST HAVE TO RESORT TO WORKING I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW MUCH DAMN OVER TIME I'LL HAVE TO DO.

Oh without a doubt, they'll be some belters on the PS2. Give the console a short while and it'll start knocking out some terrific titles.
