Here are some off the top of my head, not sure if they are launch titles or not.

Abes Odysee
Project Gotham Racing (M;SR with better graphics etc)
Jet Set Radio Future
Tony Hawks 3, with alleged online play.
Halo

No doubt there will be some of these as well:

A FIFA game,
A Quake game
Some of Segas sports titles.
