Before I start i'd like to thanks TW as he gave me the insperation for this topic and i just wish i could put this on prime....
But getting back to the topic. When i was little i used to love computers and was really happy when i got an Amiga on my 6th Christmas. I played on it all the time and used to love the games. I remember having James Pond, even though i didnt know what to do and couldnt get passed the first level I thoguht it was a brill game! And there was also something else that I cant remember, it had a little cartoon alein ninja in it!
But now gaming has improved greatly and now i'm spraying graffiti on Jet Set Radio, or sneaking around gaurds back on MGS.
But now I think what will I be playing tomorrow. As tomorrow i mean the futre. Will it be as TW said, Virtual Reality, maybr it will still be the controller just with better graphics. Or will it be my worst nightmare...
Gaming wont exist anymore, horrible thought isn't it. There'll be no Sonic, Mario or Solid Snake. There'll be nothing, maybe just really intellagent PC's that do all your housework or something like that.
I often think about this topic as I want to be something to do with gaming when i'm older. Maybe a graphics desgner, or a games creator. But if there's no computer games i wouldn't no what to do. I'd like to be an NBA player, or even an advertise creater. But thats not my dream.
But last night i thought while i was in my bed how gaming would be wiped out, i went through a big list until piracy popped in to my mind....
With prices of consoles and games going up all the time people will soon not be able to affored the latest stuff. So then they turn to pirate games, and relise they can get the best and latest games for no more than a fiver. A lot of people at my school buy pirate games but i would never do this. If everyone turns to Piracy then there'll be no money coming in for the gaming companys. The companys wont have enough money to make games and consoles will soon go bankrupt!
This is a horrible thought and i think that one day gaming wont exist, hopefully not i my time! But piracy is getting a bigger thing so if anyone buy's pirate games, downloads games for free or anything like please dont, as one day we might all regret it!

Thats true, if games do get to relistic there'll get to like real life which can be really boring

I doubt that games will die out simply because the industry is so HUGE. But I do believe there is a possibility that games will become less fun. Whatever happens, there will still be Mario, Sonic, Gran Turismo and Solid Snake. Maybe more, maybe less, but still the same.
