OK, new rule: games that SR stock, can be got in England, and actually exist.
I'd recommend Astro Boy for the GBA, but it's not on SR's database, and a European release still isn't confirmed.
Don't fancy them 'psycho-kinetic-addict-insane' games that have just come out. Not Xbox, but maybe new GTA, or even a GBA game if there was a good one worth getting!

I'd go for Fable, Psi-Ops or Second Sight. All look great (the latter is very much).
