Maybe the Special Reserve means that they have a Special Reserve of games. You know. Like incase the first reserve gets sold out, these guys have a plan. They open up the 'Special Reserve' that they store under the Pacific Ocean and can continue business as normal, whereas other shops cannot, since they dont have a Special Reserve.
