Yeah, it always is funny when somebody posts rubbish they've heard about a game they've never played.

Getting anywhere in FFXI takes a lot of dedication and resolve - seems it's not for you then (although I could have sworn you were moaning about the opposite a few posts ago)

Yeah, i had a look around the beta forums and have to say it looks great.

Completing ONE QUEST took me longer than it took to complete FFVII, and I have seen barely a fraction of the world - and I'm at level 30.

It has 7 disc's.

3 for installing the game
1 for setting up the playonline stuff
1 for Rise of the Zilart expansion pack
2 more for the other expansion pack

It really does cost much either. First 30 days are free, first content ID costs $5 (just a bit more than £2.50) and 45 cents for extra content ID's and a tetra master account (just over 20p)

I'm only level 6 and haven't played it for long, but it's the best game I've played/purchased this year (so far(GTA:SA))!

Sweet jesus, 7GB of Hard Drive space!?!/1/1? Crikey, I've heard it comes on a ton load of discs too, and the game itself is fairly easy and you can do everything worth doing early in the game.

I'll be waiting for World of Warcraft instead.

I didn't say it was, I just said that I need a decent graphics card to play it and it runs on a pentium 4 pc!

A Pentium 4 isn't a graphics card...

well in the american version you have to pay like £2-4 a month.
