My road are durty what can i do to clean them and how do i make more money?
you have to put road maintanence on your budget, and if you want quick money put all your taxes up as high as possible and dont spend any money on your budget, people will leave your town as they are too high but some will stay and its enough to get thousands, when your town is deserted simply put all taxes to 0 and budget things again, thousands more people will flock to your town then repeat the process over and over.

Duh, I'm pretty sure that is a PC game.
Place new roads over the "durty" patches and then increase the road tax, this will maintain them in the future.
Not sure, I used to have sim city 2000 I think and that was a pain.
