from the scans and what i have read in forums it looks as though it is going to be on the ps2. i don't know about any other formats

no its a new one that has just appeared in a japanise magazine scan. It is meant to be on the PS2, Vincent is the main character and is based 1 year after Advent children. Rumor is that it may be a Devil May Cry style game.
