I think it's hard to compare them really, yes they are both arcade games but they are different arcade games, depending on cash I will be buying Outrun 2 as I was impressed with the Live demo, I've already got Burnout 3 which I think will last a bit longer, but the live play is messed up on it at the moment. Both are decent games in their own right, Outrun 2 rules online, still plays like the original which is a classic game.
