The release for both the United Offensive expansion and the Deleux edition are both this Friday. While I'll admit SR aren't the speediest at delivery, games usually arrive within a day of their release, or on the day.

CoD isn't that power hungry a game, it won't eat up your system requirements like, say Far Cry. It uses an enhanced Quake 3 engine, so if you could run Quake 3, or Medal of Honor which also used the same technology, you should doubtfully have much trouble running CoD.
