I preordered battlefront (from here) but my copy isnt in the post yet. Is something wrong cos usually it would have been dispatched to get to here for release date. I paid extra postage too.
The Hoth battle is by far the best. Not when you're playing as the Rebels, though, but as the Empire. You can be driving along in a At-At when you notice the one in front of you has fallen over, and realize the rebels wired it while you weren't paying attention. You then end up frantically trying to take out the snowspeeders before they take you down. Classic.

Sounds to me like your order has contracted leprosy.
