I have just got it and went straight online, it's really confusing and I dont know how to talk on there.
Does it support Voice Communication?
Posted on SWB website - : Every game I see on the list has one or two red bars and red ping. Sometime there are a few with yellow ping but they are usually password protected rooms. EVERY room I join, I get the flashing network connection ICON for the entire time I play the game. My headset does not work and the lag makes the game unplayable. I have no router and can play other online games (SOCOM and SOCOM2) with no performance problems (even right after logging off of SWBF with the flashing icon.) I understand the game is new but I have this problem every time I try to play regardless of the time of day or the room. My SBC DSL upload and download speeds always show in the higher end of the DSL speed scale and my PC is turned off when I play. My PS2 is plugged directly into my modem which is about 3 inched from it and the rest off my house is wireless......ANY suggestions or idea?

I've been experiencing the exact problems as this guy.

Yeah and the upload speed of that dedicated server is higher than 756 or something... You need a great T1 connection in order to have a decent sized room with no lagg. Didn't tell you that on the cover did it?!!!
At the moment, myself and a few mates have been playing in a private room with about six of us (on the xbox). Theres a little lagg but only when more people join. We ended up turning the AI bots down to 8 per side and had little or no lagg.
There seems to be lagg on both systems and the option to leave out any clan options and all that stuff was a bad idea.

God dont you listen or read rather. You can get 16 player battles but only if you run on a dedicated server.
On the PS2 version there is only 1 4v4 server and the rest are 2v2.
Sad, but still a good game.
Anyway, bit dissapointed that they forgot the friends list and Clan options although I did see a guy with a clan tag next to his name and I think there are clans on Gamebattles.
Plus, why do you have to register to Gamespy before you logg in?
Rooms at the moment are likely to be small as you can only host 8V8 games if you have a high upload rate. There is talk that maybe dedicated servers will be used at somepoint to allow larger games.
No friends lists and I ain't sure if there are clan options.
My copy hasn't arrived yet, been posted so hopefully it will arrive early in the week.
BTW, does it have clans and stuff? Also, why cant I speak!?
Is there a certain button I have to press to speak because i've tried EVERY button.
