What I would call "traffic" on the forums has increased by roughly 60% in the past four weeks.

Personally, my view is "the more the merrier". It's not so long ago that we used to see comments like "Where is everyone tonight" or "Is anybody else here?"

I find it more interesting, not less interesting, these days.

The Slammer are a bunch of thieving, lying, lazy sods.

And my views on the FOG situation:

There are many newbies-we need to let it settle down.
There are too many pointless non-gaming topics being posted. This needs to be sorted.

And anyone who blames Tony for this is mad.

Erm, the slammer ripped people off anyway, and Gameplay are now a different company - Gameplay GB or something. It's their own fault for having flashy websites.

That's Tony's evil buisness side :-D

And of course Gameplay plc have gone, after losing £92 million!

We must be doing something right.

We are of course trying to increase sales. That's what all those banners are for at the top of the page.

Increased traffic on the forums will have some effect, but not much. Overall though Gameaday is a good draw and does help increase sales.
