Get a replacement, Contact Valve, contact the manufacturer, hit yourself for loosing it in the first place, get saving for the full priced game, cry yourself to sleep, turn your entire house upside down to look for it.. I don't know.

Personally I'm going to spend an insane amount on the completely unnecessary Collectors Edition.
