Probably a bit late to post this but nearly every thread I've been in recently has someone asking what happens with them.
It's no good asking in on the forums. You need to contact your bank or your credit card fraud line direct. They will tell you what you need to do to recover the money. I noticed someone saying they are being sent a form but I have to wait for an official letter from the administrators OR wait until the date of delivery has passed without receiving the goods.
It isn't fraud to take money in advance like Special Reserve did, it's just their way of doing business and nobody complained previously when goods arrived as promised - so stop it with all the watchdog comments. Numptys.
I had to laugh when contacting my works bank. I wondered if it was worth chasing the £32.00 when so many people had pre-ordered new consoles. The lady I spoke to disappeared to speak to someone else about it then came back with the info I needed and mentioned the colleague she spoke to had already taken a call from someone with a query on getting their money back for the Xbox on order :D
