Just watched this on BBC 2. Really enjoyed it. Some close racing, especially in the closing stages. The idea behind it is very good. Like the fact the cars have slicks and no traction control.

Hopefully this will turn into a full season, and if there's an event at Brands Hatch, I'll definitely be going.

Anyway, anyone else see it?

If it does come to Donnington I'll have to have a pop along should be good.

From what I gather, this race was a dry run for a 'season' next year. I've heard that they may be support races at WTCC events, maybe even some other events. It may be a stand alone Championship.

Whatever way they work it, there will be GP Masters races next year because I believe they have confirmed some of the races.

Maybe they can have three events in the UK, that way we're all happy :-)

So are they going to make a full season out of this GP?

I was watching it as well - if it does come to the UK hopefully it'll come to Donnington near where I'll live.

Yeah, I watched it today. Hopefully we'll see a few more drivers enter when it restarts next year. I believe it's starting up again next year.

I've heard the British round might be at Silverstone although that is still up in the air at the moment.
