My brother went round Europe by train between cities/countries with a couple of mates. He had a very good time so to anyone considering going I say go for it.

I've finished uni, have some room in my overdraft, and no sign of a career on the horizon.

I've applied for dental school, but I don't think I'll get in, it's way too competitive. My parents really don't mind if I don't get a place - but are happy for me to travel (as long as I pay for it). I also have penfriends in the states that I can't wait to met. Especially one...

Hardly, most uni's offer programs that allow travelling. It's not part of my course, but I'm hitching to Prague this Easter for charity. I just have to raise £300...
