Well save the gif file, and just set it as the background. Uses up some of the system resources, but i dont really use them, anyway so it doesnt really matter...
I noticed this a while ago, when i tried to make a background...
I use windows xp pro. If that helps. at all.
Have to have it centered though, or you cant see any of the icons :D
