These are the type with a funny shape and they've arrived today, but I've no idea how to put them on! First impressions are that they're tiny, and feel like they'll only fit a 10 year old's head. But it could be that I'm fitting them wrong. Not sure if I'm wearing them back to front.

I'm also scared that the joining band will snap if I force them on to my head as they're really tiny. Does that band rest on the back of the head? if it does these phones will keep on slipping down.

Doesn't the band go round the back of your neck, not head? In a sort of pointy-upward fashion?
Right, got it. Thx. The phones feel like they might slip down in time though. Not keeping their tightness around the back of the head.
They slot over your ears and the band goes around the back of your head. At least that's what it looks like.
