I just saw on Anglia News that some new public toilets have been installed n a town in Norfolk. I can't remember what town it was and I can't find a link to the story yet, but for all those who don't know Anglia News is for ITV, not BBC.
Basically, these loos are designed to be self-cleaning, vandal-proof and can hold up to three people at a time, I think.
What's so special about them is that they look like normal drain covers during the day because they retract into the ground during the day and emerge at night. They are purely for druken pissheads in need of relief.
