It was an act of cowardice, old people are mostly all weak in some point.... and over a car space, you cant trust anyone today.
In my Law classes they taught us something about an "egg shell" rule. What it basically is, is even if you only punch someone once in the head and they die because they have a weak skull or something you are still guilty of murder or at least manslaughter. I would have thought the same goes here. It something to do with you are still guilty even if it wasnt your direct act that killed them. If your action caused a chain of events then you are still responsible until something intervenes with the chain of causation. So basically that woman is guilty unless something intervenes (such as doctors negligence - who could have saved her but didnt) but as far as i know there was no doctor negligence and therefore the woman who got 4 years started the chain of causation and therefore should be guily of more than 4 years.

I've seen people get into arguments over parking spaces and it wasn't because it was the last one there were others free but no they both wanted that one.

Not really the full story is it....
It was a fight over a parking space, the woman did indeed kick her in the face three times but it was due to the woman's heart condition that she died.
She was originally given community service but the appeal today resulted in her being given 4 years in jail.
Bit sick to think that someone would take something like a parking space so seriously.

I'd wonder why I was watching her get sentenced.
