Yeah, I wasn't trying to be all grown up. The only time I have ever gotten asked for id was on my 18th, in the pub I'd been boozing regularly in from 16.
Once it's not that "forbidden fruit" to be in a pub, a certain spark goes out of the whole experience.

Thats the problem I'm 25 and look 25.
The closest I can get is going into an over 25's night where the bouncers are strict but the fun's just not there anymore.

You can recreate that feeling by not bothering to get ID. Only works if you actually look young though.
