my ghost recon jungle storm head set isn't working your suppost to be able to talk with you men and tell them what to do ( eg attack defend so on ) but when ever i try it just wont have it, can somebody please help me to get it working

My socom headset seems to not work sometimes, but its perfectly fine when I go online.
