I've been trying to get a lot more involved in sport recently and have now amongst over things taken up running. I think maybe 10,000m or perhaps above is my optimum. But I'm hoping to join an athletics club and find out if I'm any good at an event. So my local club except ANYONE no matter their ability etc. and all the coaches are ex-international sprinters etc. This seemed quite impressive before I noticed their middle distance coach is no less than, wait for it....

Roger Bannister. :)

So all we have to do is find out where Roger Bannister "teaches" running, single out the non-Muslim with the cross of thorns, then laugh at you from the side of the track? Awesome.

Oh, and tell Roger Bannister cars do what he did much better.

He's the guy in the history of the universe ever to break the four minute mile, I mean what a great mentor that would be. It would be like having Pele as your football coach.
