Half-Life 2's supposed to be out in 2006 now.
I'm not too sure about the Xbox 360, but for the original Xbox the top-selling game is bound to be Half-Life 2.

i'm not quite sure but gran turismo portable might be coming out for christmas. If it is, that is definately top of the list.
