Is it possible to re-name the little grey text underneath the MP3 file?

Heres a screen print of what im talking about: http://img485.imageshack.us/img485/2417/untitled2re.jpg

Thanks alot.

Oh and another question...

When I make a folder and put music from a certain artist in it, why does the folder automatically find a picture of the artist and use it as the folder's picture icon?

How can I stop this?

Right click on it >> Properties >> Summary >> Advanced

Then double click on the one you want to change, and type what you like.
