I thought i'd like fellow gameaday chatters to tell me why they think that we always talk about the weather in every conversation. Would you say we are paranoid about the whether or not give me your view.

Do we? I haven't noticed. And I don't see why everyone complains about the rain anyway. It's just water, and by now everyone in Britain should be used to it.

Anyway, I rarely talk about it, except to say "It's hot today" if I'm sweating, or "It's raining" If it's, well, raining.

I suppose some people use the weather conversation as an ice breaker, something to get a conversation started.
