This has probably been done before, but anyway...

Basically, just post anything you like. Last book you bought, the one you're currently reading, your personal favourite, anything.

Get to it.

Ah yes, I've been meaning to pick up some Frederick Forsyth.

Books With Endings that were rather a let-down

Frederick Forsyth- The Dogs of War
Frederick Forsyth- The Shepherd
Dick Francis- Knock Down

Well Worth Reading in Every Single Way

Frederick Forsyth- The Day of the Jackal
Frederick Forsyth- The Odessa File
Frederick Forsyth- The Fist Of God
Frederick Forsyth- The Devil's Alternative
Jack Higgins- Flight Of Eagles

Ha. Perv ;-)

Not actually reading anything properly at the moment (haven't bought any new books in aaaaages). I'm doing what I do a lot of and dipping into books I've already read a fair few times {anyone else find they enjoy a book more the second/third time round?). Last book I (re)read all the way through was Join Me by Danny whatshisface. Like Dave Gorman, not particularly good but incredibly readable. Made me actually laugh out loud more the second time than the the first oddly enough.

Currently on my dip-list (or just the shelf by my bed):

Rob Grant ~ Incompetence
Howard Marks ~ Mr. Nice
Melvyn (Melvin?) Burgess ~ Bloodtide
Iain M Banks ~ Consider Phlebas
Douglas Adams ~ The Salmon of Doubt

It's not a good book. It's just an incredibly readable book. Which isn't a bad thing just... don't use it as a style model for a novel, yeah?

And the book I'm reading is 'an artist of the floating world' by some Japanese bloke. It's pretty mint actually.
