I detest these kinds of stories, they really irritate me. While I fully support any persons right to say no my first question would be "What did you think you were in the penthouse in the early hours for? A game of flaming chess?"

Quite blatantly a lie considering no one would say no to Twinkletoes. They really need to fix this part of the law, it can be easily used as a tool by angry spiteful women to get back at someone. Good stint in jail for a false accusation would do.
