A while back NTL offered the free upgrades, I went with the 2Mb option. They said at the time that they would soon limit the service to 30GB download a month - they also said they would make software available to allow users to monitor how much they had downloaded.

Anyone know if they have started to enforce this limit yet? Also have they made any such software available for download?
