Found out my 64mb Memory card in my Nokia 6630 was broken and as the phone is only a few days old i rang Orange and asked for a new memory card. The answer i got was that it is an accessory and would not give me a new one and they continued with the cheek to make me buy a new one!!!
Shoddy service. After several calls later, (all of them cost alot of cash), we have agreed to send the phone back for a full refund. I have never knew a service like this, it's not even a service. Any comments or rights i have? thanks
