Don't know if this is true or not but apparently Smackdown are going to create a "Junior Division" consisting of wrestlers under 5 foot tall.
I don't really know whether to believe this or not as it seems a bit far fetched even by WWE standards and could just be a swerve to make fools of the internet wrestling sites but thats the rumour doing the rounds at the minute.
If it is true I don't really know if it will be a success or not, I'd probably go for not.

WWF went through a phase of booking midget matches/sidekicks. Doink had 3 little clowns and Jerry Lawler had 3 little dudes with him too.
personally though i think calling it Junior OR midget division is equally offensive for differeing reasons. Junior division is like being verbally patted on the head and told to run along and play outside, whilst midget division is obviously just to grab a few cheap headlines.

The did have pocket rocket and cloacis on RAW not long ago. I wouldnt say it was brilliant though. It was good for a one off but i dont think it would be as good as a regular thing.
Quite surprised it's not been called the Dwarf division!
