My mate can't go to a gig with me in London because his Mum is worried about "heightened state of alert in the run up to xmas and terrorist attacks" *Cries* Oh well, I'll just ask someone else.
Gigs are quite a good choice of target I suppose, lots of people in quite a small space.
I myself was in a bomb scare three or so months ago in Birmingham. The gig finished and then some bloke came on stage and said something like "while you've all been in here enjoying yourselves, there has been a bomb threat on Birmingham." When we got outside there were police everywhere, and after a lot of messing about trying to establish whether or not the trains were still running, we ended up walking for what seemed like bloody miles to get to a place where we could be picked up.
I'd still go to a gig, but I'm just saying, a gig being a target isn't out of the question.
