Erm, 3 tins of spray paint at about £7 each, a roll of masking tape i found, some newspaper, the light was pillaged from a computer case fan which i got for about £6 on ebay, sandpaper from halfords £1.99 and i bought a tin of brasso to polish the jewel, about £1.60

About £30 all in.

Looks awesome, at least when you decide to part with it you will get a decent amount for it, unlike getting peanuts for the standard one

I'd imagine there to be plenty of folk out there in ebay land willing to buy things like that.

How much did it cost you to do if you don't mind me asking?

Looks pretty cool

If you'd chosen a better colour scheme and a less gay light for trhe centre, it would be 19x better than it already is.

But it's already uber amazing, so no worries.
